Tina was great to work with. My move was a bit unique as I was moving from Oregon to Texas so my entire buying process was essentially through Facetime, phone calls, texts, and emails. The first thing she did was find out what things we really wanted to have in our home (big yard, big master bedroom, and bathroom, our color choices, etc.), and then she started sending me homes that night. I picked some homes I liked and she looked at them the next day for me. All of our home tours were over Facetime. Eventually, we made the decision to purchase a new home build. She toured all the different elevations that my builder provided and eventually we settled on a home that was in the process of being built but hit all of the items on our list. She kept in touch with myself, the builder, and the lender/title company during this process. She toured the home post-inspection, and again the day before closing. She was meticulous in pointing out areas that needed to be touched up by the builder (messed up paint, dirty areas of the home, etc.) Whenever we are ready to buy another home, we will be contacting Tina to help us again!
